How does shipping work?
If you place your first order Thursday 12PM est – Monday 12PM est, your order will go out at the first available shipping day of the week.
Did you place your order Monday afternoon to Tuesday 12PM est? Your order will be shipped Tuesday evening.
The same shipping cycle will be followed for Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday 12PM est. Your order will be shipped Wednesday evening.
The last day we send meals is Thursday, so any order placed Wednesday evening-Thursday 12PM est will be delivered asap!
Recurring orders will process on Sunday or Wednesday. Wednesday billing states are CA, AZ, UT, NV, WA, OR, ID, AK and HI.
Do we have the honor of sending you delicious meals every week? I hope so! This means your orders will process every week so please make any adjustments 2 days before your order goes through, so we can assist with any changes, if you need them!
Did you decide a better cycle for you might be a meal box every 2 weeks? Your orders will process every other week on the same day
